was formed in 2003 to help companies improve
both their outsourced and in-house call
centre operations. During that time,
we have successfully helped many companies.
Back in 2003, we moved most of our resources
to help companies to offshore their call
centre activity and worked with companies in
India, The Philippines, Eastern Europe and
Africa. As of 2009, many people have
become disillusioned with offshore call
centres and so we have moved our resources
to assist in helping companies effectively
do homeworking. Homeworking seems like
a great solution and there are indeed many
benefits such as lower attrition, lower
costs and the ability to tap into new labour
markets. However, there are challenges
such as staff management and data security.
An even bigger challenge is managing the
